According to Sainsbury's, the pool can be inflated in just five minutes using its quick-release air valves, though an air pump is not included. A repair kit is provided. The pool's rectangular shape accommodates multiple children and adults, while its shallow depth ensures safe paddling.
The Sainsbury's deal undercuts competitors: Argos sells the same pool for £25, and Amazon stocks a larger 850-litre model for £44.62.

Although no reviews have been left on Sainsbury's site, the pool has earned a 4.5-star average rating from over 1,100 customers at Argos. One reviewer said: "This pool is a great shape and size if you don’t have a large garden but want a pool big enough for children to play. I would say three to four younger children could play in the pool comfortably. It seems very durable, inflated easily and remains inflated when in use."
Another described it as an "absolute life-saver during the heatwave," but advised: "Don’t forget to buy an electric pump. It’s a lot of paddling pool to blow up with a manual bicycle pump."
