Penelope Chilvers has launched its end-of-season sale, reducing prices on a range of footwear and accessories favoured by the Princess of Wales and Duchess Sophie. Discounts of up to 70% are available across summer flats, wedges, handcrafted bags and the brand's iconic boots.
Summer shoes and espadrilles
The Pesca Leather Espadrille has been reduced from £139 to £42, a 70% saving. The handcrafted fisherman-style sandal features chocolate leather, a woven espadrille sole and an adjustable buckle fastening, and is available in sizes 3 to 9.
The Chico Velvet Espadrille is now £89, down from £149. Made from velvet with a jute sole and crossover straps, it offers a ballet-inspired silhouette suitable for everyday wear.
Fringe leather sandals, reduced from £149 to £104, feature soft leather straps with fringe detailing and flat soles, available in UK sizes 3 to 7.
Wedges for summer occasions
The ivory embroidered espadrille wedge has been cut from £159 to £48. It features tonal floral embroidery on satin straps, a jute wedge and an ankle strap with a satin-covered buckle. With an 11.5cm heel, it is the highest wedge in the collection and comes in sizes 3 to 9.
The Dali wedge, inspired by Salvador Dalí, is down from £149 to £104. It has a jute wedge, pink embroidered canvas and an ankle strap, and is available in sizes 3 to 9 in pink, grey and pink embroidered colourways.
The Colina Suede Espadrille is priced at £89 compared with £165. It has a neutral suede closed-toe upper on a 9.5cm jute wedge heel.
Boots
The long tassel boots, a style Princess Catherine has worn in brown for more than 20 years, are now £243 in black leather, down from £485. The brown version remains full price. They are available in standard and tall heights, and standard and generous fits, crafted from Spanish leather with tassel detailing.
The Goldie Embroidered Leather Boot is reduced from £369 to £185. It features embroidered detailing across the shaft, a pointed toe and is available in UK sizes 4 to 9.
The Cassidy Cut Out Floral Boot has been cut from £279 to £84. Made from black suede with floral cut-out embroidery in ivory and blush, it has a low stacked heel and is available in limited sizes.
Bags
The Friesian Pony Bucket Bag is now £105, down from £349. It is made from pony-print cowhide, has an adjustable leather shoulder strap, an internal pouch pocket and saddlery-inspired stitching, and is large enough to hold a laptop.
The Fringe Handy Suede Bag is reduced from £199 to £80. The suede design can be carried by its top handle or worn crossbody with the adjustable strap, and features fringe detailing.
More luxury pieces
Elsewhere in the sale, Emmy London's raffia slingback flats, once seen on Carole Middleton, are available for £345 instead of £495. The shoes feature a pointed toe, covered buckle strap and a low block heel, in sizes 2 to 9.
The Mini Blenheim bag from Fairfax & Favor is priced at £345. Crafted from Italian pebbled leather, it has a structured silhouette, light gold hardware, a flip-lock fastening and both a top handle and detachable shoulder strap.
Several sizes are already selling out, so shoppers may need to act quickly to secure the best deals.
