Olaplex's bestselling hair repair treatment is now cheaper than ever in the Amazon Prime Big Deal Days sale. The No.3 Plus Complete Repair Treatment has been reduced from £32 to £22.80, a saving of 29%, with the deal running until 8 October.
A Faster, More Efficient Formula
Earlier this year, a decade after the original No.3 formula launched, Olaplex reworked its famous pre-shampoo treatment. The new formula works quicker and more efficiently to treat heat and chemical damage after just one use.
The treatment is applied to wet hair, left for three minutes, then rinsed out before following with your usual shampoo. The new formula uses a technology called 'damage defence cationic complex', which repairs the hair cuticle, locks in moisture, boosts shine, and reduces frizz. It also includes avocado and sunflower oil for conditioning, as well as the thickening ingredient hydroxypropyl starch phosphate.
Convenience and Results
Fans of the original No.3 treatment may remember it had to be left on for 10 minutes, so the new version cuts down the time and makes it more convenient. It is recommended for use every one to three washes.
For those with bleached or heat-damaged hair, a 50p-sized amount is enough to coat an entire head of naturally straight fine hair, though those with curls or thicker strands may need more. After towel-drying, hair is reportedly less knotty and much less frizzy, even when rough dried.
