Myleene Klass has been spotted wearing Skechers' Slip-in UNO Trainers from the brand's collaboration with artist Romero Britto, a pair she describes as 'very comfortable' and that 'always get compliments'. The trainers, priced at £80, combine Skechers' signature comfort with a colourful, pop-art inspired design.
Four styles in the collection
The collaboration features four different trainer styles, with Myleene showcasing two pairs. One all-over colourful printed pair she wore in an Instagram video is currently unavailable, but the white pair with colourful soles is still in stock in sizes 3, 4.5, 5.5 and 6.5. Two other models, the Skechers Slip-ins Britto: Hotshot HI and the Britto: S-1992, are also available but selling out in various sizes.
Features and comfort
The Slip-in UNO Trainers have a hands-free slip-on design, aided by a heel pillow that holds the foot in place. The air-infused midsoles provide a cloud-like feel, while air-cooled memory foam insoles offer pressure relief, comfort and breathability. These features make them suitable for exercise and everyday wear.
Shopper reviews
Shoppers have praised the trainers, with one reviewer saying: "These shoes will go with about every solid color out there. Very comfortable and stylish." Another wrote: "I love the look of these shoes and so many compliments! What are they? Where did you get em? Skechers of course, look how easy they go on and off!! Several of my friends got them as well!" A third added: "These shoes are just so cute. Very comfortable and a great amount of cushion. I go with everything and I get lots of compliments on them. I bought them for everyday use and to travel with. I highly recommend."
However, some found the design less comfortable, with one person saying: "I loved the design but it didn't look as great on as I thought it would. I still would have kept them though, as useful to have a white sneaker with a point of difference but they were stiff and too narrow for my feet. Hilariously I didn't realize they were slip on and off. It's not a feature I look for, I'm more about style and foot support." Another agreed: "Wore for a few minutes and then returned them. They weren't comfortable. They felt rigid and the quality wasn't there."
