Poole will be the first of three new Marks and Spencer food stores to open in England this year. The retailer confirmed the opening date for its new Food Hall at Poole Retail Park, with two further locations planned after the summer.
Poole Food Hall opening on August 12
The Food Hall will open on August 12 in a former Homebase space that has been empty since 2025. The store will feature a modern flower and plant shop and a hot food counter.
Councillor Matthew Gillett said: “It’s great to see investment in our community. A new M&S Food will give residents more choice and create new local jobs. It should complement existing trade.”
