Men across the UK can enjoy a sweet surprise this weekend as Morrisons offers a free treat at all its stores. From Saturday, June 20, dads and father figures can claim a freshly made jam doughnut from any Morrisons Café with no purchase or More Card required, as part of the supermarket's Father's Day celebrations.
How to Claim the Free Doughnut
Morrisons describes its jam doughnuts as one of its "best-loved" bakery items. To get the free treat, customers simply need to go to the Café checkout and ask a staff member. The offer is available in all Morrisons Cafés nationwide, subject to availability.
Big Daddy Breakfast Returns
The giveaway coincides with the limited-time return of the Big Daddy Breakfast, a huge 23-piece fry-up. The meal includes four bacon rashers, four sausages, four crispy hash browns, three slices of black pudding, three fried eggs, baked beans, sliced mushrooms, and three slices of bread with butter. In Scotland, the four sausages and hash browns are replaced with three Lorne sausages and four tattie scones.
Will Reed, senior Café buying manager at Morrisons, said: "Father's Day is all about spoiling the father figures in our lives, so we wanted to treat them to something special. Whether they fancy a free doughnut or want to tackle our famous Big Daddy Breakfast, our Cafés are the perfect place for families to tuck in together."
Free Drinks for World Cup Fans
Shoppers can also take advantage of another ongoing Morrisons café freebie: free drinks for anyone showing support for the World Cup. Fans wearing their national football shirt can claim a free hot or soft drink. Running until June 28, the offer is available all day, every day at Morrisons Cafés. Options include tea, americano, latte, cappuccino, or a chilled fizzy drink.
Conditions apply: the free drink offer is valid only for in-store diners, redeemable once per day for one drink. Mocha and hot chocolate are excluded, and the offer cannot be used with other drink promotions like free refills.
