British fashion retailer Quiz has confirmed it will close all 37 of its remaining stores next month after entering administration for the second time in just over a year. The company, which operates branches across Yorkshire and other parts of the UK, has already shut three outlets in Castlecourt Belfast, Leeds, and Romford.
Insolvency specialists Interpath are overseeing the closure programme, which will see all stores shut over the coming weeks. Joint administrator Alistair McAlinden encouraged shoppers to visit local stores during the May Bank Holiday weekend as the final closing down sale begins.
Quiz first entered administration in February 2025 but was swiftly rescued through a pre-pack arrangement by a subsidiary of the founding Ramzan family. However, the retailer has now collapsed again, leading to the complete closure of its standalone stores.
Quiz concessions within New Look and Matalan stores across the UK are not affected by the administration and will continue to operate as normal. Joint administrator Geoff Jacobs thanked Quiz staff for their dedication and professionalism during this difficult period.
