MAC fans can now buy a Christmas gift set worth £48, containing three of the brand's bestselling lipstick shades, for £8.40 at Debenhams when they use a TopCashback sign-up bonus.
The Satin Soiree Mini Lip Trio Gift Set, priced at £30 and reduced to £24 at Debenhams, features three mini MACximal Sleek Satin Lipsticks. TopCashback is offering new members a free £15 sign-up bonus and cashback on purchases of £15 or more at Debenhams, bringing the total cost down to £8.40 (or £11.39 with shipping) after cashback.
How the cashback offer works
Existing TopCashback members are not eligible for the sign-up bonus but will still receive cashback on their purchase, making the set £23.40 (or £26.39 with shipping) after the deal is applied. Standard shipping at Debenhams costs £2.99.
To take advantage of the offer, shoppers need to sign up as a new TopCashback member via the site, search for 'Debenhams', click through and buy the item normally. The cashback will track to the TopCashback 'Earnings page' within seven days of purchase.
The three lipstick shades
The trio includes 'Modesty', a soft muted pink shade with a silky satin sheen; 'Dubonnet', a deep claret red with high-impact pigment; and 'Maraschino, Much?', a vibrant cherry red shade designed for long-wearing comfort. The conditioning formula is infused with nourishing ingredients like pomegranate flower extract.
The set has not yet received any reviews at Debenhams. The full-sized MACximal Sleek Satin Lipstick, available for £20 instead of £25, has almost 30 five-star reviews. One shopper said: "Great lipstick. The colour goes on easy and is very easy to wear. I have tried so many, from cheap to most expensive, but this one wins every time. It's not cheap but an affordable price."
Another reviewer wrote: "I love this lipstick. It glides on smoothly leaving so much pigment on one coat and it's still buildable. The colour is bold and the lipstick is long lasting. Love it." A third added: "I bought the Dubonnet red as I saw the colour on the collage of models. I loved the shade on melanated skin. It didn’t disappoint."
Some shoppers were less impressed, with one three-star review noting: "Not quite the colour I was expecting. The colour look so different online. However, it is wearable. Good satin lipstick, though it felt slightly tacky on the lips. I Will go and try on in-store next time."
