Iceland is launching complete family mealtime bundles for £1 this summer, available online as part of its Holiday Helpers campaign. As households face the extra expense of keeping children fed and entertained throughout the school holidays, Iceland has launched a series of budget-friendly deals designed to help parents ease the pressure and stretch their budgets further.
Pizza and chips for £1
One such deal is a bundle of two Goodfellas Pizzas and one bag of Birds Eye Chips for just £1 - normally costing £8.80 combined. Iceland said its new £1 deals "are designed to feed the whole family across key meal occasions", with a new offer launching every two days.
For one week only, shoppers can enjoy everything from a £1 pizza night deal to breakfast bundles, lunchtime favourites and the ultimate snack-time bundle, giving families access to big-brand favourites and cupboard staples for a fraction of the usual cost. Running from Saturday, August 15 to Friday, August 21, the £1 Holiday Helpers meal deals "have been created to help families enjoy more value from every shop, with substantial savings available across a range of everyday essentials", Iceland said.
Additional bundles and prize draw
Alongside the £1 meal deals, Iceland is also launching a selection of £40 Holiday Helpers Bundles, packed with family favourites and delivering savings of up to £27 versus buying the products separately, the supermarket claimed. As an added bonus, every customer who places an online order between August 15 and 21 will automatically be entered into a prize draw to win a £300 Parkdean Resorts holiday voucher.
