High Noon Hard Seltzer Recalled Over Mislabeling as Celsius Energy Drink
High Noon Hard Seltzer Recalled Over Mislabeling as Celsius Energy Drink

High Noon has issued a voluntary recall for two lots of its Beach Variety 12-packs after a packaging error led to cans being mislabeled as Celsius energy drinks. The mistake occurred when a shared packaging supplier accidentally shipped empty Celsius cans to High Noon, which were then filled with High Noon Vodka Seltzer and mislabeled as non-alcoholic Celsius Astro Vibe Energy Drink.

The recall affects 12-packs distributed to eight states, with products reaching retailers in Florida, New York, Ohio, South Carolina, Virginia, and Wisconsin between July 21 and 23. The affected lots have specific lot codes: L CCC 17JL25 14:00 to 23:59 and L CCC 18JL25 00:00 to 03:00. The mislabeled cans bear lot code L CCB 02JL25 2:55 to 3:11 and feature a silver lid instead of the usual black lid on Celsius cans.

Consumers are advised to check their cans and discard any with the misprinted Celsius label. No illnesses or adverse events have been reported. High Noon is working with the FDA and retailers to manage the recall, and customers can contact High Noon Consumer Relations for refunds.
