Shopper Praise and Promotion Details
Shoppers have described the calendar as an “excellent alternative to sweets,” making it a practical option for children who prefer a daily surprise over chocolate. One Amazon reviewer wrote: “Fantastic advent calendar for kids! I’m looking forward to gifting this to my son, who at 8 years old is a big Harry Potter fan. Box shows some fantastic sock designs and nice to give a sock advent calendar that he’ll actually use.”
Another added: “This was excellent and a great alternative to sweeties, which of course the kids will be getting bucketloads of at Christmastime. The quality of the socks was very good and since they like HP and needed some socks it was a no-brainer. Overall, I would highly recommend this product as a fun, run-in to Christmas with a practical and non fattening outcome.”

The Harry Potter calendar holds a 4.4 out of 5 star rating on Amazon. Some Trustpilot reviews noted minor issues, such as one buyer who wrote: “Fast, efficient delivery. Would have given 5 stars except for outer box packaging squashed in transit so the toy box inside was damaged as well. As it’s a present it would have looked better if the box was not damaged. Maybe more protective packaging. Other than that, a great service.”
Overall, most feedback was positive, with one shopper saying: “Well worth it. A must have for any HP fan at Christmas!” The cheapest qualifying calendar in the promotion is free, and the deal ends on November 30, 2026, at 11.59pm GMT while stocks last.
