Fluffy Fluffy to open first Scottish site at St Enoch

Fluffy Fluffy, the viral soufflé pancake café, will open its first Scottish location at St. Enoch Centre before Christmas, joining two other new food and drink spots at the Glasgow shopping centre this winter.

First Scottish location opens next month

Fluffy Fluffy will open on Level 1 of St. Enoch Centre next month, bringing its light and airy Japanese soufflé pancakes to the city. Founded in Canada in 2018, the chain already has multiple UK locations in Liverpool, London, Manchester and Birmingham.

The menu features the brand's Oreo Soufflé Pancakes, along with cheesecakes in flavours including Biscoff, pistachio, crème brûlée and matcha. Customers can also order Pistachio Croffles, a hybrid pastry made by pressing croissant dough in a waffle iron.

Two more arrivals at the centre

Bubble tea brand CUPP opened on the ground floor of the mall on Friday, November 6, marking its fourth location in Scotland. It serves boba, coffee and matcha for shoppers.

Japanese restaurant Okome, which offers sushi, ramen, rice bowls and poke bowls, is set to open on Level 1 in early December. Okome already runs five other locations around Glasgow and Paisley.

Festive season boost

Craig Stewart, Centre Manager at St. Enoch Centre, said: "Fluffy Fluffy has a huge following, so we're thrilled to be bringing Scotland's very first to St. Enoch Centre. Together with Okome and CUPP, it gives visitors even more reasons to stop, eat and make a proper day of it this Christmas. Openings like these show why St Enoch is one of Glasgow's go-to destinations, and we're looking forward to a busy festive period."

Christmas pop-ups Menkind and Calendar Club are also now open at St. Enoch until the end of the year.
