C-Store Collective is working with former Morrisons convenience, franchise and wholesale director Paul Dobson on a focused project to strengthen its support for independent and multi-site convenience retailers.
Career Background
Dobson started his 21-year retail career with Aldi as an area manager before spending 15 years at Morrisons, where he helped establish its Morrisons Daily franchise business and led the team as it grew to more than 700 locations.
His experience spans convenience trading, wholesale, franchise development, quick commerce, and business acquisition and integration.
Collaboration Focus
The collaboration will bring that experience together with C-Store Collective's hands-on work in store strategy, operational improvement, category development and leadership support.
