Currys has introduced a new deal on the Samsung Galaxy Tab A11+, priced at £209 with double storage, undercutting similar offers from Argos and providing a more affordable option compared to Apple's iPad.
Deal details
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A11+ features an 11-inch full HD display, Dolby Atmos-powered speakers, long battery life, and rapid charging. It is powered by a MediaTek MT8775 octa-core processor, includes a single rear camera, and offers facial recognition for unlocking.
Purchasing from Currys includes double storage at no extra cost, bringing the total to 256GB. The tablet's original RRP is £329, but Currys has reduced it to £209.
Comparison with other retailers
Argos does not match this deal. Amazon sells the 128GB version for £199, but the 256GB model costs £255, which is higher than the Currys offer.
For reference, an iPad with 256GB of storage costs £529—£300 more than this Galaxy Tab deal. The Galaxy A11+ runs on Android rather than iPadOS and does not integrate as seamlessly with other Apple devices, but it offers a sleek design, a 90Hz screen for smooth scrolling, access to Android apps, and a two-year guarantee.
