Argos has cut the price of the newly launched iPhone Air to £849, marking what it claims is the lowest ever price for the device. The handset, which debuted in September last year at £999, is now available with a £150 discount.
The retailer reports that the iPhone Air is 'in demand' and 'selling fast', with all four colour options — Cloud White, Light Gold, Space Black, and the new lime finish — available at the reduced price. Each model comes with 256GB of storage.
The iPhone Air is Apple’s thinnest and lightest smartphone, weighing just 165g. It features a 6.5-inch display, the A19 Pro processor, and a 48MP Fusion camera. The device is built with a titanium frame and Ceramic Shield glass for durability.
Additional features include Wi-Fi 7 connectivity, Emergency SOS via satellite, and Crash Detection. Battery life is rated at up to 27 hours. Competitors Amazon and Currys have also matched the £849 price point.
