74-Year-Old Woman Praises £14 Liz Earle Anti-Ageing Cream

Liz Earle is celebrating its 31st birthday with two limited-edition skincare bundles that offer savings of more than £115. The bundles, available until June 24 or while stocks last, include some of the brand's best-selling products, including the award-winning Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser and the Superskin Face Serum.

Superskin Bundle: Save Over £120

The Superskin bundle is priced at £69.50 but is worth £191, saving shoppers more than £120 on the RRP. It includes a 200ml Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser with two pure cotton cloths, 200ml Instant Boost Skin Tonic, 30ml Superskin Face Serum, Superskin Night Cream, and a choice of Superskin Moisturiser with natural neroli or an unfragranced version for sensitive skin.

The moisturisers alone are valued at £48, but as part of the deal work out at £13.90. According to the brand, the formula is best suited for dry, mature skin, leaving skin feeling plump and smooth while reducing the appearance of fine lines.

Customer Reviews: 'My Face Looks Great'

One shopper said: "I couldn't imagine life without this. It is rich but not greasy and is easily absorbed leaving my skin feeling soft and smooth, not tight and dry. Wonderful stuff." Another woman over the age of 65 wrote: "This is a really good and effective moisturiser, others that I have used have been more expensive but less effective. I no longer feel that my skin is dry and in need of more moisture."

"As a 74 year old with some great wrinkles, I find that the super skin moisturiser is perfect and friends tell me my face looks great," said a third customer.

Skin Repair Bundle: Budget-Friendly Alternative

A slightly more budget-friendly alternative is the Skin Repair bundle, valued at £171 but priced at £54.50. It includes the same products as the Superskin bundle, but offers a choice of Skin Repair Rich, Light, or Gel Cream moisturiser instead of the Superskin day creams. Every product is full-sized, representing some of the greatest savings the brand has offered all year.

Other Deals and Considerations

Luxury skincare brand Elemis is currently offering its Spring Skin Edit for £125, reduced from £175. The LookFantastic Dermatological Edit is available for £36, boasting a value of over £168. However, the Liz Earle bundles only represent great value if you intend to use the majority of the included products.

Some customers aren't keen on the neroli fragrance, with one three-star review stating: "I've actually used this product in the past, quite like it but don't like the smell." Those who prefer fragrance-free options can choose the unfragranced version.

For anyone already using products such as Cleanse and Polish or Superskin Night Cream, purchasing them as part of a bundle could prove considerably more economical than buying them separately.
