The Blueberry Margarita combines 50ml El Mayor Blanco Tequila, 20ml fresh lime juice and 20ml blueberry syrup, shaken and strained over fresh ice with a salted rim. The Sparkling Paloma mixes 50ml El Mayor Reposado with 50ml grapefruit soda and 50ml cava, served over ice with a grapefruit peel twist. The Albatross, a spirit-forward option, uses a demerara sugar cube muddled with three dashes of Angostura bitters, stirred with 50ml El Mayor Añejo and ice, garnished with orange peel.
