Vogue Williams 'Sad' as Family Leaves £4.25m Flat for 'Forever Home'
Vogue Williams emotional over family move from London flat

Television personality Vogue Williams has openly shared her mixed feelings as she and her family prepare to leave their long-time London residence for a new chapter.

An Emotional Farewell to a Family Home

In a candid video posted to her YouTube channel, the 40-year-old mother of three gave fans a final tour of the now-vacant £4.25million flat in Battersea. Addressing her followers directly, Vogue confessed to a wave of unexpected sadness. "I mean I said I wasn't emotional but I feel a bit sad now," she revealed. "It's kind of mad seeing it like this because obviously we've lived here for so long."

The reality star and model, who shares three children – Theodore, seven, Gigi, five, and three-year-old Otto – with husband Spencer Matthews, admitted the busyness of the move had delayed her emotional processing. "I haven't really thought about it because it's been so full on with the move," she explained.

The Journey to a 'Forever Home'

The couple first put the chic apartment on the market two years ago, eventually reducing the asking price by a significant £1million before securing a sale. Their decision to move was driven by a need for more space for their growing family. "Our apartment in London is great," Vogue stated last year. "It's two floors, but the kids can't be downstairs on their own. It just doesn't work for our family at that age. It's too small."

With the sale complete, Vogue declared "end of an era" to her viewers. The family has temporarily relocated to a rental property nearby to maintain stability for the children's schooling during an extensive 18-month renovation on their new London house, which she described as their "real forever home".

Creating New Memories

During her video tour, Vogue showed viewers the empty master bedroom, a converted home gym, and her beloved dressing room, wistfully remarking, "Wow, how I already miss you." She reflected on the surreal sight of the stripped-back space, cleaned and ready for its new occupants. "My God, that's wild to see it like this. Everything is gone ready for the new owners," she said.

Despite her personal nostalgia, she expressed hope for the future. "It's nice to see it, it's all ready for the new owners and they'll get to create lovely memories here too," she added graciously.

Vogue and Spencer, who met on Channel 4's The Jump in 2017 and married a year later, originally purchased the Battersea flat just six months into their relationship. While the couple also owns a home in Howth, near Dublin, purchased in 2023, work commitments mean they spend most of their time in the UK capital, making their new London project the central focus for their family life.
