Omaze has launched its Million Pound House Draw London, offering a £3.5 million five-bedroom Victorian home in Mapesbury, north London, plus £250,000 in cash. The prize draw is backed by Rita Ora and raises funds for London's Air Ambulance Charity.
Property Features and Location
The property, located in the Mapesbury Conservation Area, features original stained-glass windows, high ceilings, oak herringbone flooring, and an open-plan kitchen and dining area with doors leading to a garden with a treehouse and zip line. The house comes mortgage-free, with all stamp duty and legal fees covered, plus £195,000 worth of furnishings. The winner will also receive £250,000 in cash and can choose to move in, rent it out, or sell it.
If rented, estimates suggest the property could achieve a long-term rental value of between £12,000 and £13,000 per month. The grounds stretch to approximately 320ft and include mature trees, Japanese maples, bamboo, a contemporary garden studio with a wellness space, and ice baths. There is also private off-street parking for two cars.
Supporting London's Air Ambulance Charity
The Omaze Million Pound House Draw, London, will raise money for London's Air Ambulance Charity, with a guaranteed donation of £1,000,000. The charity's advanced medical teams can reach patients across the capital in under 11 minutes and perform hospital-level surgery at the scene, including ECMO, a technique to temporarily take over heart and lung function. The funding from Omaze will allow the charity to deliver dedicated ECMO-enabled teams throughout the week.
Rita Ora said: “As a proud Londoner, I’ve been aware of the work of London’s Air Ambulance Charity all my life. It is a service for everyone who lives, works and visits our amazing city, and their teams make a transformational difference to thousands of people every year. I couldn’t be prouder to support this service, and now I’m excited that so many other people can too. Every person who enters the Omaze Million Pound House Draw can join me in supporting the delivery of their groundbreaking ECAT service, creating a chance for survival for cardiac arrest patients across London and beyond.”
Previous Partnership and Draw Details
This is the second time Omaze has partnered with London's Air Ambulance Charity. Sir David Beckham fronted the first campaign in 2024, which raised £4 million to help fund two new helicopters. The new helicopters helped the charity reach more patients, with the service recording its busiest ever summer in 2026, averaging seven missions a day.
Matt Pohlson, Founder and CEO of Omaze, said: "Everyone at Omaze is delighted to be partnering with London's Air Ambulance Charity again for our latest house draw. This partnership is especially close to my heart. The new rapid response vehicles we're helping to fund carry an ECMO machine - the very same technology that saved me when I became the recipient of the first ever transfer of one between hospitals. It's remarkable to think that equipment will now be out there saving more people on the streets of London. By offering this incredible property in North West London, plus £250,000 in cash, Omaze gives someone the chance to win a truly life-changing prize, while also raising vital funds for London's Air Ambulance Charity's lifesaving work."
