The 28-year-old beauty mogul, who recently joined boyfriend Timothee Chalamet at a Knicks game, first put the residence up for sale in late March for $20,250,000. However, the TV personality has now lowered the price by $2.3 million and is asking for $17,995,000, according to TMZ.
Jenner was residing at the eight-bedroom Hidden Hills abode while renovations were taking place at a separate house she owns in the same neighborhood. Earlier this year in January, the mother of two offered a glimpse at the transformation of the 30,000-square-foot modern farmhouse which she purchased from Miley Cyrus in 2020 for $15 million. She jumped to her Instagram stories to share an image of the home's exterior which bordered a dirt driveway and construction vehicles. In text added over the picture, the reality star typed: 'house meetings are my fav.' Another slide was a closeup of the property's oversized square stone exterior which offered a rustic aesthetic.
The media personality's other Hidden Hills mansion officially hit the market last month. The Kylie Cosmetics founder is using Josh, Matt and Heather Altman of Million Dollar Listing fame, as reported by Realtor.com. The white two-story 13,200-square-foot modern farmhouse sits on a 1.4-acre parcel with a swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and firepit in the backyard. There are eight bedrooms and eight full bathrooms inside the large home. There is also a private theater, game room with wet bar, executive office with fireplace, gym and massage room.
Jenner additionally showed her Instagram followers wood-paneled walls and wooden floors that were being installed.
