Harry Styles has reportedly purchased a fourth property on the same street in Hampstead, north London, as part of plans to create a sprawling mega-mansion. The former One Direction star, estimated to be worth £225 million, is already combining two semi-detached homes into one large estate.
According to a source cited by The Sun, the 31-year-old singer now owns four houses on the road. Two are being converted into a mega-mansion, while a third serves as an investment property. The fourth pad could be connected to the main estate, functioning as a guest house, linked by a driveway and a large garden.
Plans for the luxury compound reportedly include four dressing rooms, an indoor patio, and a gallery. Styles received planning permission from Barnet Council in April, subject to environmental conditions such as installing hedgehog boxes, bat boxes, and two 'bug hotels' to support local wildlife.
The singer has coordinated with neighbour Cat Deeley, who is renovating a nearby property. They have held meetings and distributed leaflets to minimise disruption. The project is expected to be completed by October 2027, according to reports.
Styles purchased his first Hampstead home for £8.8 million in April 2019, followed by the adjoining house for £4.175 million. The Standard has contacted his representative for comment.
