Annick Grange, a multi award-winning housing development in Irvine, has reached completion after eight years of construction. The development will deliver 197 new homes alongside a lasting legacy of quality, community investment and skills development.
Persimmon Homes West Scotland completed the development, which began in 2018 and has created a new community in Irvine. The development has been recognised for its high standards, securing three Premier Guarantee Quality Recognition Awards during its construction.
Awards and community contributions
Beyond the homes, Persimmon donated 500 children’s books to Woodlands Primary School to support pupils and encourage a love of reading. The development also helped train the next generation of construction professionals, with more than 10 apprentices from across Ayrshire gaining hands-on experience.
Craig Moore, Land Director at Persimmon Homes West Scotland, said: “Annick Grange has been a fantastic development for Irvine and we’re incredibly proud of the legacy it leaves behind.
“Winning three Premier Guarantee Quality Recognition Awards is a fantastic achievement and a real reflection of the standards our teams have delivered throughout the development.
“Alongside the homes, we’ve been able to support the local community and give apprentices from across Ayrshire valuable experience to begin their careers in construction.
“We’re grateful to everyone who has played a part in bringing Annick Grange to life and creating a community that residents can be proud to call home.”
Future plans
A spokesperson added: “Persimmon Homes West Scotland continues to deliver high-quality, energy-efficient homes across Ayrshire while investing in local communities and creating opportunities for the next generation of construction professionals.”
