Liquidators were appointed by members on June 16, 2026, according to The Gazette. Tauseef Rashid of Qimzen Advisory, Birmingham, has been appointed as liquidator. The company's director, Mr Stephen Michael Williams, has been in the role since 2019.

Unpaid Wages and Workforce

In March 2026, the company was penalised for failing to pay £153,240.67 to 177 workers, as reported by the Solihull Advisor. According to LinkedIn, the business employed between 1,000 and 1,500 people.
