Timothy Knight, 37, made the bold move in October 2022 and has never looked back, calling it "a dream come true" that aligns perfectly with his love for the outdoors.
From Rented Flat to Mobile Freedom
Timothy's journey into van life began with a modest purchase in 2020, when he bought his first van for £700, initially using it for weekend getaways and music festivals. However, after a relationship ended in September 2021, he found himself renting a one-bed flat for £450 per month plus £200 in bills, which prompted him to seriously consider a permanent change.
