Postcode Lottery players living in six Welsh streets have each banked £1,000 in the latest batch of results, covering draws from October 12 to October 16.
The winning postcodes are spread across Prestatyn, Swansea, Llandudno, Bridgend, Monmouth, and Treorchy, with each ticket in those postcodes receiving the four-figure payout.
How the lottery works
The subscription-based lottery uses your postcode as your ticket. For £12.50 a month, players are entered into every prize draw, with guaranteed winners every day. Those playing with two tickets receive double the winning prize amount.
Prizes include the weekly Millionaire Street prize and monthly £250,000 or Postcode Millions prizes. If a postcode is picked in the £250,000 prize, every ticket in that postcode wins £250,000.
Daily £1,000 prizes
Every day, £1,000 prizes are awarded to every ticket in 20 postcodes. The latest Welsh winners were announced on the following dates:
- October 16 - CF42 6BD - £1,000 (Treorchy)
- October 14 - NP25 4AW - £1,000 (Penallt, Monmouth)
- October 13 - CF32 8HN - £1,000 (Pontycymer, Bridgend)
- October 13 - LL30 2BG - £1,000 (Llandudno)
