Every six weeks, McDonald’s changes up its menu in the UK, adding something new or bringing back a discontinued favourite. This year has already seen the launch of the Friends Meal in February, McGriddles finally coming to the UK after 23 years, and a hot honey takeover for July and early August, with the introduction of a new hot honey sauce. The chain has also brought back an iconic fan-favourite dessert from the 00s.
July 2026: Hot Honey, BBQ and Ranch Dips
McDonald’s July menu has added three new sauces priced at 70p each: Hot Honey, a creamy, tangy Ranch, and Korean BBQ. Available from July 14.
The Hot Honey Sausage & Egg McMuffin (£6.09) features a pork sausage patty, lightly seasoned with herbs, a free-range egg, and a slice of cheese, in a hot, toasted English muffin and drizzled with Hot Honey. Maccies claims it is ‘the perfect way to spice up your breakfast’. A double version costs £6.79.
The Hot Honey McCrispy (£9.39) is a new sweet and spicy chicken burger with 100% chicken breast in a crispy coating, iceberg lettuce, hot honey, white cheddar cheese and a sourdough-style sesame-topped bun.
The Big Arch with bacon, described as the ‘most McDonald’s burger ever’, is now available at £11.89.
Mozzarella Dippers (£3.09) are back, available with hot honey or any of the new sauces.
The Hot Honey Mini McFlurry (£2.09) serves ice cream and hot honey separately so you can DIY your own McFlurry. Fans say this sauce is HOT.
After 17 years, the Cornetto McFlurry returns. The Cornetto Classico features soft dairy ice cream swirled with chocolate sauce and topped with chocolate Cornetto cone pieces, while the Cornetto Strawberry McFlurry is swirled with strawberry sauce and topped with strawberry Cornetto cone pieces. Both cost £2.59.
June 2026: World Cup-inspired items and more
The Sweet Carolina BBQ Stack (£9.19) is a World Cup-inspired burger with two beef patties, cheese, bacon, crispy and grilled onions, lettuce, and a sweet Carolina BBQ sauce in a toasted bun. Available from June 9 until July 13.
The Mexican Chipotle Chicken (£7.49) features chicken breast in a crispy coating with chipotle mayo, a smoky sauce, slivered and crispy onions, lettuce, and a white cheddar cheese slice in a toasted bun with a bumpy top like a football. Available from June 9 until July 13.
Crunchy Cheese Bites, filled with Gouda and mozzarella and covered in crispy breadcrumbs, start from £2.79. Available from June 9 until July 13.
World Cup Meals start from £9.29 for a medium Big Mac Meal, with the choice of a Big Mac, nine Chicken McNuggets or a McPlant, plus fries, a drink and a collectable cup. Available from June 9 until July 13.
The Galaxy Salted Caramel McFlurry returns, and the Galaxy Chocolate option stays on the menu. Both cost £1.89 for mini or £2.59 for regular. Available from June 9 until July 13.
The Vanilla Matcha Frappe (£3.69 for medium) blends matcha green tea with sweet vanilla and is topped with cream. Available from June 2.
Squishmallows are back for Happy Meals, dressed in football tops for the World Cup. Available from June 9.
Late April and May 2026: New McCrispy variants and Frank’s RedHot
McDonald’s UK & Ireland is ‘levelling up’ the McCrispy with two permanent variants. The Spicy McCrispy (£5.99 alone, £7.49 as a medium meal) has a chicken breast in a crunchy coating, iceberg lettuce and a creamy, spicy mayo that gives a ‘chilli kick’. The Cheese & Bacon McCrispy (£7.09 alone, £8.59 as a medium meal) pairs the crispy chicken with black pepper mayo, cheese, bacon and iceberg lettuce. Both are served in a sourdough-style sesame-topped bun. Permanent from April 28.
A new Frank’s RedHot Ketchup, described as a ‘sweet, tangy number’ with ‘spice’, launches a breakfast range featuring a Sausage & Egg McMuffin x Frank’s RedHot Ketchup in Single or Double, plus a fiery version of the Breakfast Wrap. Available from April 28 until June 8.
The Big Tasty and Double Big Tasty return with a quarter-pounder patty for the first time since 2003. Last seen at Christmas, they feature a 100% British & Irish quarter pounder beef patty, cheese slices, lettuce, onions, juicy tomato and a smoky flavoured sauce in a toasted sesame topped bun. Prices start from £6.29 for the Big Tasty and £7.99 for the Double. Available from April 28 until June 8.

The Biscoff McFlurry is back after one year away, with soft serve swirled with Biscoff biscuit crumb (£2.59 regular, £1.89 mini). Available from April 28 until June 8.
2025’s ‘drink of the summer’, the Frozen Cherry Lemonade, is back. It combines ‘tangy’ frozen lemonade with a ‘deliciously sweet’ cherry-flavoured swirl for £3.09 (medium). Available from April 28.
The Chocolate Honeycomb Frappe also returns, with a chocolate frappe base topped with cream and honeycomb pieces, priced at £3.69. Available from April 28.
Two new Sprite Zero Mixology drinks join the menu: Raspberry x Sprite Zero and Pineapple x Sprite Zero, each mixing Sprite Zero with a sugar-free fruit-flavoured syrup for £2.29. Available from April 28.
Mozzarella Dippers are back at £2.79 with a salsa dip. Available from April 28.
March 2026: McGriddles and Easter treats
McGriddles finally made it to the UK, 23 years after their US launch. The breakfast item features a sausage patty, fried egg and a slice of American cheese between two maple-flavoured griddle cakes, with granulated maple syrup crystals baked in. They are available on the breakfast menu until 11 AM and cost £3.99 each. Available from March 17 until April 27.
Easter brings the Cadbury Mini Egg McFlurry (£2.59 regular, £1.89 mini), with soft dairy ice cream swirled with crushed Mini Eggs and Cadbury chocolate sauce. The Cadbury Creme Egg McFlurry is also back, with ice cream swirled with Cadbury chocolate shards and drizzled with Creme Egg sauce, at the same prices. Both available from March 17 until April 27.
The Cadbury Mini Eggs Frappe (£3.89) is a chocolate frappe base blended with ice and finely crushed Mini Eggs, topped with cream and more crushed Mini Eggs. Available from March 17 until April 27.
Spicy McNuggets return, bringing ‘bold, fiery flavour’ with a spicy coating featuring Jalapeno chillies, served with a Spicy Chilli Dip. They come in six, nine or 20-piece sharebox, with prices starting from £7.29 for a six-piece everyday value meal. Available from March 17 until April 27.
The Double Big Mac and Double Big Mac with Bacon feature FOUR British & Irish beef patties, a slice of cheese, lettuce, onions, pickles plus Big Mac sauce. Prices are £8.59 for an everyday value Double Big Mac Meal, or £9.49 with bacon. Available from March 17 until April 27.
Cards Meals arrive on March 17, featuring classics like the Big Mac, McNuggets or a McPlant, plus a pack of four collectors cards. The cards feature Ronald, Grimace and Speedee, with 24 different ones to collect. Prices start from £7.19 for a medium Big Mac cards meal. Available from March 17 until April 27.
February 2026: Friends Meal and more
The Friends Meal is an adult Happy Meal collaboration with Warner Bros. It includes a Big Mac, McPlant or 9-piece McNuggets, fries, a drink, and a limited-edition collectable figurine of Rachel, Monica, Phoebe, Joey, Chandler or Ross. Prices start from £9.09 for a medium Big Mac or McPlant meal, £9.19 for a 9-piece medium Chicken McNugget meal, and rise to £9.99 and £10.09 respectively for large meals. Available from February 3 until March 16.
Monica’s Marinara Sauce, described as a ‘tomato marinara sauce that’s savoury and herby’, was created for the Friends collab. Traditionally, marinara sauce is made with tomato, garlic, herbs and onions. Available from February 3 until March 16.
The Tikka Chicken Wrap is a new item promising ‘big flavour’, with crispy chicken, tikka mayo, mango and lime chutney, onions, lettuce and cucumber in a soft toasted tortilla. It costs £3.79 on its own, £6.09 as part of a medium meal, or £2.49 as part of the Wrap of the Day deal on Wednesday and Sunday. Available from February 3.
The Philly Cheese Stack makes a comeback, with two beef patties, cheese sauce, cheese slices, grilled and crispy onions and pickles in a toasted bun, priced at £6.69. It has been called ‘sensational’ and the ‘best burger ever’ at McDonald’s, but some on Reddit are ‘disappointed’ to see it return, as it was available until November last year. Available from February 3 until March 16.
Pizza Mozzarella Dippers feature pizza-style flavoured mozzarella, coated in crispy breadcrumbs and served with Monica’s Marinara Sauce. Available from February 3 until March 16.
The Milkybar Crispy Cookie McFlurry (£2.59) features soft ice cream topped with white chocolate-coated crispy balls and a cookie-flavour chocolate sauce. Available from February 3 until March 16.
The Brownie Pie (£2.49) has a ‘gooey’ chocolate brownie filling wrapped inside crisp pastry. Available from February 3 until March 16.
The Doughnut Crumble Latte (£2.99) is a latte with doughnut-flavour syrup, topped with cream and a sprinkle of doughnut crumb. Available from February 3 until March 16.
The Munchies Vanilla Cheesecake McFlurry (£2.59) combines ice cream and chocolate-coated biscuit balls with a vanilla cheesecake-flavoured sauce. Available from February 3 until March 16.
January 2026: Chicken Big Mac and Big Arch
The Chicken Big Mac returns, with two patties, a slice of cheese, pickles, lettuce and Big Mac sauce. It costs £5.59 on its own or £7.39 as a medium meal, and stayed on the menu into February. Available from January 5, 2026.
Surf N’ Turf combines two British & Irish beef patties with a crispy white Alaskan Pollock fish fillet patty, cheese, onions, pickles, mustard and ketchup. It costs £4.39 alone or £6.89 as part of a medium meal. Available from January 5 until February 2.

The Apple Pie Mini McFlurry (£2.99) serves a mini pot of soft dairy ice cream swirled with caramel sauce, paired with a warm Apple Pie for dipping or tearing up. Available from January 5 until February 2.
The Espresso Milkshake combines vanilla milkshake with a shot of espresso for £3.69, served side by side so you can pour as much coffee as you like. Available from January 5 until February 2.
The Big Arch, said to bring ‘maximum McDonald’s flavour’, is bigger and wider than the Big Mac, with two Quarter Pounder beef patties, Big Arch sauce on a toasted sesame and poppy seed bun, crispy onions, slivered raw onions, shredded lettuce, pickles and white cheddar. Available from January 5 until February 2.
Chilli Cheese Bites are a spicy chilli side in a crispy batter, served with a rich tomato dip. One portion contains four bites. Available from January 5 until February 2.
The Big Mac Sauce Pot is available for the first time ever, at 20p per pot, for dunking fries or McNuggets. Available from January 5 until February 2.
The Fajita Chicken One wrap returns, with creamy fajita sauce, tomato salsa, onions, cheese, lettuce and either crispy or grilled chicken. Available from January 5 until February 2.
