With Amazon Prime Day 2026 now just a day away, deal season is well underway. The four-day shopping event officially begins on 23 June, but Amazon has already started rolling out early discounts across popular categories including coffee machines, electric toothbrushes, cordless vacuums, cooling fans and Apple AirTags.
Over the years, Prime Day has evolved into one of the biggest dates in the shopping calendar, rivalling Black Friday for both the scale of its discounts and the number of products on offer. This year's event runs from 23 to 26 June, making it one of the earliest Prime Day sales seen.
Amazon has confirmed deals on "top brands, trending products, and items exclusive to Amazon". Early highlights include the AirPods 4 reduced by a third, the Oral-B iO3 electric toothbrush with over 60 per cent off, and a £65 discount on a Lego Lord of the Rings set. The Ghd chronos max straighteners are 27 per cent off, while a Shark bagless vacuum is discounted by more than 30 per cent.
Other notable early deals include a eufy robot vacuum with £300 off, and a modest eight per cent reduction on a PS5 DualSense controller, which is expected to drop further. A shopping expert will be monitoring offers throughout the event, separating genuine bargains from marketing fluff.
