A lucky lottery player has won the £5.8m jackpot in Saturday's Lotto draw, while three other ticket-holders have each won £1m.
The win is the third time the jackpot has been won this month, following a £12m win in the draw on September 12 and a £7.8m win three days earlier.
Recent big wins
The Lotto win comes just 24 hours after one UK EuroMillions player won £111m in Friday's draw. That prize was the third EuroMillions jackpot win in the UK this year.
In Saturday's National Lottery draw, the winning numbers for Round 1 were 22, 27, 38, 42, 47, 59 with a Bonus Ball of 31. For Round 2, the numbers were 11, 15, 17, 31, 38, 46 with a Bonus Ball of 43.
Winners and prizes
The winner of the £5.8m jackpot matched all six main numbers, while the three ticket-holders who each won £1m matched five of six numbers plus the Bonus Ball.
Andy Carter, senior winners' adviser at Allwyn – operator of the National Lottery – said: "As summer draws to a close, Lotto is continuing to deliver life-changing wins with a lucky ticket-holder scooping the entire £5.8 million jackpot in tonight's draw."
He added: "And there's even more good news, as a further three millionaires were made after three ticket-holders matched five main numbers and the Bonus Ball. Don't forget to check your tickets, as you could be celebrating a life-changing Lotto win."
Other draws
The winning Thunderball numbers were 04, 07, 12, 17, 37 with a Thunderball of 11. No players matched all five numbers and the Thunderball to win the top £500,000 prize, but three players each won £5,000 for matching the five numbers.
In Lotto HotPicks, which uses the same numbers as the Lotto draw, no one matched all five to win the top prize of £175,000.
