The company entered voluntary liquidation this month. Resolutions for winding up were documented on June 11, with liquidators appointed on June 16, according to The Gazette. The notice states that the following resolutions were passed on June 11, 2026: a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively, that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Ian Williamson and Francesca Vivace of Campbell, Crossley & Davis be appointed as Joint Liquidators.

Originally named Quintglobe Ltd, according to Companies House, the small company had four employees in its last publicly available financial statements. The business's website appears to be offline.
Customer Guidance
Customers whose holidays have been cancelled may be able to make claims. A spokesperson for the Financial Conduct Authority said: "If something has gone wrong, you can complain to this AR or to this AR's principal firm. You may also be able to then complain against the principal to the Financial Ombudsman Service, or claim from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme if the principal firm has gone out of business owing you money."
