Liquidators were appointed by members on June 16, 2026, according to a notice published in The Gazette. Tauseef Rashid of Qimzen Advisory in Birmingham has taken on the role of liquidator. The company's director, Stephen Michael Williams, was appointed in 2019.

In March 2026, the firm was hit with a penalty for failing to pay £153,240.67 to 177 workers, as reported by the Solihull Advisor. The company had initially traded under the name Charles CANN Ltd before becoming Charles CAAN Ltd.
