Gambling.com Group Rebrands as Grandstand After Portfolio Expansion
Gambling.com Group Rebrands as Grandstand

Affiliate marketing giant Gambling.com Group has rebranded to Grandstand in a move it hopes will better reflect the company’s current business having branched out from performance marketing in recent years.

Diversification Since Going Public

The company rose to prominence via affiliate marketing, but has moved to diversify through data, content, technology and audience solutions since going public in 2021. The group purchased fantasy sports platform RotoWire in 2022 and acquired real-time odds data providers OddsJames and Optic odds in 2025.

The acquisition of Spotlight.Vegas last year allowed the newly-christened Grandstand to branch out into entertainment and ticketing, with the brand providing experiences and tickets to events across Las Vegas venues such as hotels and casinos.

Statement from Grandstand

A statement from Grandstand read: “The rebrand to Grandstand evolves the company name to better align with where it sits today – at the heart of the sports and gaming ecosystem, making consumers sharper and partners stronger through its broad portfolio of data, technology, content and audience solutions.”

CEO and co-founder of Grandstand, Kevin McCrystle, added: “Grandstand captures our position as the intelligence layer powering informed decisions for consumers and partners across sports, gaming and entertainment. “The new name Grandstand brings together the broad array of products and services in our portfolio, while also creating room for what we are building now and our long-term roadmap.”

Distinction from Consumer Product

The move brings a clear distinction between the group and the flagship consumer product, Gambling.com, which posts reviews and comparisons of gambling sites, covering online bookmakers and the online casino sector, plus poker and bingo, and will continue to do so following the name change to the parent company.

Stock Listing

From Thursday, July 23, Grandstand’s shares were listed under the ticker GRSD trading on the Nasdaq Global Market. Under the previous Gambling.com moniker, Grandstand had traded under GAMB on Nasdaq.
