A Russian warplane crashed in flames in the country's Far East today, killing at least six of the crew. Initial reports said there were "two survivors" who were rushed to hospital, according to reports.
Initial reports said the stricken plane was a Tu-95MS bomber, capable of carrying Russian nuclear missiles, but there was no initial confirmation. Earlier reports claimed it was a Tu-154.
