The Met Office has extended its yellow weather warning for thunderstorms in Northern Ireland, which will now remain in force until 9pm today.
The warning, originally due to come into effect at midday, has been brought forward. Affected counties include Antrim, Armagh, Down, Fermanagh, Londonderry, and Tyrone.

Residents in the warning zone should be prepared for potential flooding, lightning strikes, and hail. The warning covers all six counties of Northern Ireland.
