Kids Tour of London: Save 25% on Summer Tickets from £18

Families planning a trip to London this summer can save 25% on children's tickets for The Original Tour's Kids Tour of London, a 45-minute live-guided sightseeing experience designed especially for younger visitors. The discounted tickets start from £18, and children under two travel free.

Interactive Sightseeing Adventure

Travelling aboard an open-top double-decker bus, children can discover London's history through interactive storytelling while spotting famous landmarks. The experience includes space for prams on the lower deck, free Wi-Fi, and the option to bring snacks on board. Bookings can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before departure for added flexibility.

Tours depart from Charles II Street, next to His Majesty's Theatre. Passengers are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes before departure, as seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Extra Inclusions and Family Reviews

Tickets also include a Hop-On Hop-Off River Thames cruise, offering a different perspective of the capital, as well as access to six self-guided walking tours through The Original Tour's partner app.

One family shared their experience: "We were 2 adults travelling with 10 and 13 year olds. We all found the tour very interesting and it was just the right length of time. The tour guide was excellent, giving detailed accounts of everything but he was also concise. To quote the girls, it was really interesting and never boring. I would highly recommend the tour. Finally, it was so much nicer having a real person as a guide, rather than listening on headsets."

Another added: "Excellent fun! Kids loved it. For me, would have enjoyed a longer tour than 45 minutes. However, for them it was about right. Our tour guide Kim was very entertaining. Bus driver and staff all very friendly."

A third visitor called it 'the perfect tour' for kids and adults, explaining: "It covers all the main sites and we learnt lots of interesting facts along the way. Tour guide was very engaging and great with the kids. My boys are 8yrs and 11yrs and they said it was their favourite part of our 3 day trip to London. It lasts 45 minutes but we could have stayed on there all day!"

Not every review was quite so glowing, with another passenger noting: "It was a really good bus tour, but the guide was a little difficult to understand when he spoke so close to the microphone." Another visitor hailed the bus tour as 'the only way to see London', adding: "Really enjoyed the kids tour today with my 10 year old son, who also loved it. The highlight of the tour was Tim, the avuncular and entertaining guide, whose capacity for historical detail, random trivia and dad jokes was astonishing. The bus itself was lovely, having never seen London from the top deck of an open topped bus, it really has to be done to appreciate London’s visitor highlights."

The 25% discount is available until August 28.
