Jet2 is launching 34 new flights this winter, giving UK travellers more choice for a winter escape. The new destinations range from winter sunshine to Christmas markets, with the programme aimed at quick getaways.
Biggest winter expansion yet
The expansion marks the airline's biggest-ever winter programme and its first season operating from London Gatwick Airport. Destinations include La Palma in Spain, Copenhagen in Denmark, and Vienna in Austria.
For those seeking warmer weather, Jet2 is also offering flights to Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh in Egypt, as well as Agadir in Morocco.
CEO on customer demand
Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2, said: “We are seeing strong demand from customers and independent travel agents for all kinds of winter holidays, so we have responded by putting a fantastic selection of brand-new routes on sale for Winter 26/27.”
“Whether holidaymakers want winter sun, a festive Christmas market break, a ski holiday to the Alps or a city break, this expanded programme gives them more choice and flexibility than ever before,” he added.
Full list of 34 new routes
The new routes include Birmingham Airport to Copenhagen, Hurghada, and Sharm El Sheikh; Bristol Airport to Cologne; East Midlands Airport to Agadir, Gdansk, Hurghada, and Sharm El Sheikh; Edinburgh Airport to Strasbourg; and Glasgow Airport to Hurghada.
Leeds Bradford Airport gains routes to Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh, and Tallinn. London Gatwick Airport adds Agadir, Chambery, Cologne, Funchal, Gdansk, Geneva, Grenoble, Hurghada, Salzburg, Sharm El Sheikh, Tallinn, Turin, and Vienna. London Stansted Airport adds Innsbruck, La Palma, Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh, and Strasbourg. Manchester Airport adds Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh, and Strasbourg.
