The Great North 10k returns to Newcastle today (July 5) with a record 13,000 runners participating in the region's largest 10,000-metre running event. For those unable to attend in person, the race can be watched live from home via YouTube and the Great Run app.
How to Watch the Great North 10k
The live stream begins at 9:30am on the GreatRunTV YouTube Channel, with commentary from broadcaster and coach Lloyd Kempson alongside North East running influencer Al Pepper. A finish line stream will also be available after the event, allowing runners to celebrate their achievements. Results will be posted on the Great Run website. Additionally, the Great Run Running Events app provides live tracking and updates.
