Lounge access for all passengers
The airport emphasizes that travel should feel easy from the start, and lounges are no longer exclusive to first-class or business travellers. For a small extra cost, any passenger can avoid crowds and enjoy pre-flight comfort. However, the three-hour limit is strictly enforced, as stated: "The maximum stay in any Glasgow Airport Lounge is up to 3 hours from your booking arrival time."
Three hours is generally ample time before a flight. Additionally, there are occasional discounts that can reduce lounge access costs, such as a £24 deal for some lounges, including Glasgow.
Lomond Lounge details
The Lomond Lounge is open daily and offers a premium selection from the Loch Lomond Group, including whiskies, gins, Champagne, and spirits. Entry starts from £37. The airport confirms: "The maximum stay in the Lounge is up to 3 hours from your arrival time." Guests can choose from lighter bites, seasonal meat, cheese, vegan platters, and hot options. The package includes up to four alcoholic drinks per guest, with unlimited soft drinks and refreshments.
UpperDeck Lounge details
The UpperDeck Lounge is open daily from 5am to 8.30pm, with last bookings at 6.30pm. It offers runway views, free Wi-Fi, and complimentary drinks and snacks, with alcoholic drinks limited to four per person. The airport confirms: "Customers can use the lounge for up to three hours prior to your departure flight. The UpperDeck lounge is located after security and is only accessible with a valid boarding card." Prices start from £27 for adults (18+), £17 for children (4–17), and infants (0–3) go free.
Airline lounges
The Emirates Lounge is on the first floor next to the West Pier. The British Airways Lounge, available to Gold or Silver members, is on the first floor on the Central Pier. Both are subject to the same three-hour maximum stay.
