Big Brother Winner's Seal of Approval
Jordan Sangha, winner of the first ITV series of Big Brother in 2023, visited Alnmouth earlier this month and shared his experience with followers on social media. In his travel vlog, Sangha called the village a 'quaint and understated place' that has become one of his favourites in Northumberland. He particularly enjoyed the 30-minute walk from the train station to the village centre, noting the 'gorgeous architecture and a street of multi-coloured Balamory properties.'
Sangha referred to the beach as the 'pièce de résistance' of the village, adding: 'If you're looking to come up to the North East and prefer your quieter places; this humble, once fishing settlement is for you.'
