Mysterious 'Dorito' UFO Spotted Over Area 51 Sparks New Mystery

An explorer has captured an eerie image of a mysterious UFO-shaped aircraft, dubbed the 'Dorito', flying over the top-secret Area 51 military base in Nevada. The sighting occurred on January 14 at around 3am local time, when off-grid videographer Anders Otteson was recording his stay in the desert near the base.

Otteson, who runs the YouTube channel Uncanny Expeditions, described the object as an 'equilateral triangle' shape, distinct from a B-2 Spirit bomber he had spotted two hours earlier. He noted that the craft appeared to lack wings or flatter tailing edges, leading him to question whether it was a classified test flight or a routine training sortie.

Adding to the intrigue, a scanner monitoring unencrypted radio frequencies around Area 51 reportedly picked up unusual code words related to snacks and food, such as 'imperial with garlic', 'pretzel snack' and 'fridge hydrate'. Otteson and UFO researcher Joerg Arnu alleged these phrases were exchanged in communications, though Otteson acknowledged they could be military jargon.

Otteson claimed this was not his first encounter with the 'Dorito' shape, having previously spotted similar triangle-shaped aircraft in 2014 over Wichita, Kansas, and Amarillo, Texas. Area 51 has long been a source of conspiracy theories, with believers suggesting extraterrestrial life is hidden there, though the US government maintains it is merely a flight testing facility.
