A woman has shared the moment she went on a first date wearing a dolphin costume to see how her date would react. Teri Kearns, who posts videos on social media about unusual dating antics, documented her experience on Instagram.
In the clip, Ms Kearns explained that her Hinge date had told her to wear the outfit but she believed he did not expect her to do it. She knocked on his door dressed as a dolphin, and the man could be heard exclaiming: 'Holy f**k yeah,' before laughing.
She then asked if she looked pretty, to which he replied: 'You look extremely pretty.' The video ended with Ms Kearns captioning the post: 'I think he liked me.'
The video garnered over 2.5 million views, with many viewers praising her humour. One commented: 'This is brilliant love it.' Another asked: 'Was there a second date? Because I’d propose right then and there.'
However, when asked for an update, Ms Kearns revealed: 'Never heard from him again,' accompanied by a cry-laughing emoji.
