BT broadband is reportedly experiencing problems, with hundreds of users reporting issues with their service, according to DownDetector. The website, which analyses how online services are functioning, says it has received 384 reports of problems with BT service in the last half hour.
The first reports came in at around 1:30am on Wednesday (October 21). More than four in five reports relate to BT's broadband service, with one in ten concerning email services.
Scope of the Reported Issues
DownDetector's data indicates that the majority of complaints are focused on connectivity, with broadband being the primary concern among affected customers. Email services are also affected, though to a lesser extent.
