Sony has announced a limited edition PS5 console and controller based on Marvel’s Wolverine, including an Adamantium version. The accessories include console covers inspired by the game, with a slashed-up design in either yellow or silver (labelled Adamantium here, the fictional metal in Wolverine’s claws). These have been designed by Jock, a Scottish graphic artist who created the game’s key art.
DualSense Controller Steals the Show
The more appealing part of the package is the DualSense controller, which shares a similar design without the awkward Wolverine head yelling in the corner. If you’re boring, this has an Adamantium version too, which doesn’t pop quite as much as the yellow.
Pricing and Availability
You can get these accessories, along with a digital copy of the game, in a console bundle titled PS5 Digital Edition – Marvel’s Wolverine Battle Yellow Edition Bundle. This is priced at £569.99. If you just want the yellow cover for your existing PlayStation 5 console (standard, digital or PS5 Pro), you can buy it for £64.99. The Adamantium cover is the same price but only available for PS5 Pro consoles. The DualSense controller, meanwhile, will set you back £74.99.

Pre-order and Launch Details
You’ll be able to pre-order these accessories from August 19 at 10am UK time from the PlayStation Direct store. Marvel’s Wolverine is set to launch on PlayStation 5 on September 15, a month which is incredibly stacked with new games between Onimusha: Way Of The Sword, Silent Hill: Townfall, and Control Resonant.
