Instant Pot Classic Mini: Compact Multi-Cooker Ideal for Solo Diners

The Instant Pot mini multi-cooker has been launched as a compact, energy-efficient appliance designed for single-person households and students. Priced under £80, it offers a scaled-down version of the brand's classic model, combining multiple cooking functions in a space-saving format.

The mini version includes seven cooking modes: pressure cooking, slow cooking, sautéing, steaming, egg cooking, and a keep warm function. It can prepare up to four portions using its 3.8-litre pot, making it suitable for meal prepping. The inner pot, lid, and accessories are dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning.

Users can control the appliance via the Instant Connect app, which provides step-by-step recipes. The device also features preset buttons to save up to four favourite recipes. Instant Pot claims the mini uses 80% less energy than traditional cooking methods, offering potential savings on electricity bills.
