Ninja has expanded its air fryer range with the launch of the CRISPi DualZone 8-in-1 Glass Air Fryer, priced at £299.99. The new model, which features two glass cooking vessels, allows users to prepare two different dishes simultaneously using two methods, ensuring both finish at the same time.
The appliance is currently available in cyberspace grey, while the bone white and rose quartz colour options have sold out. Each dishwasher-safe glass container has a 3.8L capacity, making the unit suitable for larger households, dinner parties and batch cooking.
Eight Cooking Modes and Storage Lids
The air fryer offers eight cooking modes: Air Fry, Bake, Max Crisp, Roast, Dehydrate, Recrisp, Keep Warm and Prove. The glass vessels come with storage lids, allowing meals to move from cooking to serving and storing without additional containers.
Ninja claims the CRISPi DualZone is the UK's first DualZone glass air fryer, although single glass air fryer options are available from other brands. The Cuisinart ClearView Glass 3.8L Air Fryer is currently discounted to £79.99 from £99.99, and the NutriChef Glass Air Fryer, with a 5.5L capacity, costs £74.99 on Amazon and includes eight pre-programmed settings.
Shopper Reviews Praise Cooking Performance
Early customers have largely responded positively to the new Ninja model. One buyer said: "I bought this last week and has not disappointed. I went for the pink and it looks beautiful in the kitchen. We have cooked with her every day and love the crispy succulent meat. The best part is watching the food turn golden brown."
Another purchaser wrote: "Really happy with this air fryer. It's very easy to use, cooks food evenly and gives a nice crispy finish. I really like having two separate cooking zones, so I can cook different foods at the same time. It heats up quickly and the glass containers are a big plus because they're easy to clean and you can see the food while it's cooking."
A third customer, who upgraded from a single Crispi model, commented: "I have just bought this and already I love it. I did have the single Crispi before but this is on another level. So easy to use and food is delicious. I can't wait to use this more."
Mixed Feedback on Design and Cleaning
Some shoppers noted adjustments required with the new design. One customer said: "I love this airfryer! It looks amazing. It did take some getting used to. The handles on the front are only small so it's a different experience from using a usual airfryer, you have to pull the dishes out and get the food out with tongs but I wouldn't go back to my other after getting used to it."
Another buyer docked a star, explaining: "Great idea with two different compartments to cook separately or cook a bigger dinner with the match cook mode. Not easy to dry after washing, as the glass container cannot be separated from the base."
In a five-star review, another shopper shared: "Filled the gap that a single Crispi leaves. With three slots now available we have a lot of flexibility. We bought both units for our daughter and her family. She is using one at work and the double at home. Easy cleanup and crispy meals. Win-win."
