The Southport Air Show returns this weekend, taking place on Saturday, August 29 and Sunday, August 30. Visitors can expect a range of aerial displays and entertainment across the two days.
Saturday schedule in full
Timings for Saturday are subject to change due to weather conditions. The schedule begins at 12.30pm with The Starlings, followed by Tutor at 12.47pm and Gazelle Squadron at 12.58pm.
Aerosuperbatics Wingwalkers take to the sky at 1.16pm, with Rich Goodwin Jet Pitts at 1.34pm and Hawk T1 at 1.48pm. A short break follows at 1.56pm until Strikemaster at 2.33pm.
Afternoon highlights
The event continues at 2.44pm with Otto, followed by A-26 Invader & P-51 Mustang at 2.55pm and P-51 Mustang at 3pm. A-26 Invader appears at 3.10pm.
The Red Arrows perform at 3.30pm, with the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight closing the display at 4pm.
