Liverpool's first pre-season friendly against Como 1907 on Sunday has been brought forward to 11:30am, the club has announced. The match, originally scheduled for 12pm, will now take place half an hour earlier at the AXA Training Centre in Kirby behind closed doors.
The Reds are playing two matches against Cesc Fàbregas' side on Sunday, with the second fixture at Anfield kicking off at 6pm. Today marks the first meeting between the two clubs.
Club statement confirms new time
In a statement, Liverpool said: "A new kick-off time has been confirmed for the first of Liverpool’s two friendlies against Como 1907 on Sunday. The behind-closed-doors fixture was originally scheduled for 12pm BST but will now begin half an hour earlier at 11.30am."
Two second-string teams are expected to contest both halves of the opening friendly. Supporters and general media are not allowed entry, but the game will be broadcast live on the club's streaming service, ALL RED Video.

There is no match pass available solely for this fixture, but a 14-day free trial is available, which viewers can subscribe to for both matches. After the trial period, the monthly charge is £4.99.
Under new boss Andoni Iraola, Liverpool have had mixed pre-season results. In America, they beat Sunderland 4-2 in Nashville, defeated Wrexham 1-0 in New York City, and lost 4-2 to Leeds United in Chicago. On their return to Merseyside, they lost 3-2 to AS Monaco at Anfield on August 9 in front of a 60,216 attendance.
The Reds begin their Premier League campaign on August 23 against Newcastle United, which marks a first return to St James’ Park for Alexander Isak, who joined Liverpool from the Magpies for a British record fee of £125 million.
