Liverpool have discovered their schedule for the opening Champions League stage under new head coach Andoni Iraola, with a testing set of fixtures confirmed.
The four away matches for the Reds will be followed immediately by Premier League games on the road - two of which are in London at Brentford and Crystal Palace, while the other two are local derbies at Everton and Manchester United.
Home start against Atletico Madrid
Similar to last season, Liverpool begin their Champions League campaign at home to Atletico Madrid on Wednesday, September 9, with an 8pm kick-off.
Their first away game will be at LASK of Linz in Austria on Wednesday, October 14, one of two 5.45pm UK time kick-offs in the competition for Liverpool.
January reunion with Curtis Jones
Liverpool entertain Villarreal the following Tuesday and, two weeks later, are at Fenerbahce in Istanbul before an away game at Club Brugge and a final game before Christmas at home to Porto.
The two games in January see them at Inter for a reunion with former midfielder Curtis Jones - who joined the Serie A side earlier this month in a deal worth up to £30m - before finishing at home to Lens.
