Hearts will kick off their Conference League league phase campaign at home to FC Nordsjaelland on Thursday, October 15, with an 8pm kick-off at Tynecastle. The Edinburgh club secured their place in the competition after a penalty shoot-out win over Rapid Vienna, having trailed 1-0 with 10 men in the second half.
Six league phase matches confirmed
The draw, made on Friday, set out six fixtures for Wouter Vrancken's side, with matches running until just before Christmas. After the opening home game against the Danish side, Hearts travel to Turkey to face Trabzonspor on October 22, with a 5.45pm UK time kick-off at Şenol Güneş Spor Kompleksi Papara Park.
Matchday three takes Hearts to Swiss champions FC Thun on November 5, again with a 5.45pm UK time start at the 10,000-capacity Stockhorn Arena. Thun, like Hearts, dropped out of Champions League and Europa League qualifying.
Monaco and Borac visit Tynecastle
November 26 brings a home clash with Ligue 1 side Monaco at Tynecastle, with another 5.45pm kick-off. Bosnian champions FK Borac then visit Gorgie on December 10, with an 8pm start for the penultimate fixture.
Should Hearts need more points to secure a top-24 finish - with the top eight advancing automatically and places nine to 24 entering play-offs - they will travel to Cyprus to face Pafos on December 17. That game will be played at the 10,830-capacity Alphamega Stadium in Limassol, with a 3.30pm UK time kick-off, as the Cypriots' own stadium is not suitable for European football.
