Arsenal have clinched the Premier League title and could add the Champions League on Saturday, but attention is already turning to the summer transfer window. Even the best teams need refreshing, and the Gunners' frontline showed room for improvement during the run-in.
Departures and Financial Balancing
Jakub Kiwior and Karl Hein have already left North London. More sales may be needed to balance the books, meaning senior stars could follow. Gabriel Jesus, Gabriel Martinelli, Leandro Trossard, and Ethan Nwaneri have all been linked with exits.
Striker Search
Questions remain in the No.9 role despite the title win. Viktor Gyokeres has been inconsistent since his arrival from Sporting CP, while Kai Havertz has faced injury setbacks. Julian Alvarez is a target but Atletico Madrid want over £80m, potentially pricing Arsenal out. Instead, the priority is a young, hungry striker who can rotate and play in a withdrawn role. Bournemouth's Eli Junior Kroupi fits the bill but could cost up to £80m.
Wing Targets
On the left, Anthony Gordon of Newcastle is available for around £75m, though Bayern Munich also want him. Bradley Barcola of Paris Saint-Germain is another option. On the right, Bukayo Saka remains vital, and Noni Madueke is improving as backup.
Midfield and Other Moves
Funds from attacking sales could allow a return for Sandro Tonali, linked in January. Manager Mikel Arteta said after the final game: "We are the champions... my job now is to live those standards and achieve more."
Dream Attack
Arsenal's dream attack for next season: Saka, Kroupi, Gordon; Havertz.
