The summer transfer window may only be in its infancy, but deals are being finalised at pace as Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham, Liverpool and Manchester United all look to strengthen ahead of the new Premier League season. The Gunners have stepped up their interest in Jeremy Monga by making an opening bid for the 16-year-old, while they are set to offer a pre-contract to young Georgian talent Andria Bartishvili.

An overhaul of the Arsenal front-line is also expected amid interest in Morgan Rogers and Christos Tzolis. Bradley Barcola continues to be linked amid talk of a bid being prepared. Manchester United are aiming to bolster their midfield but face competition from Tottenham for Mateus Fernandes. Arsenal Make Contract Offer

Arsenal have reportedly made a move for young Georgian talent Andria Bartishvili. The Gunners are said to have made a pre-contract offer to the 17-year-old starlet, who has drawn comparisons to his compatriot Khivcha Kvaratskhelia. The attacking midfielder currently plies his trade in his home country and finished the most recent campaign on loan at Iberia 1999, where he made 11 appearances and scored once in the Georgian top flight. He is contracted to Kolkheti 1913 and has made 17 appearances but not scored for his parent club since breaking onto the scene last year.

Arsenal Bid Rejected

Arsenal have had their first bid for Jeremy Monga rejected. However, the Telegraph claims the likelihood is that the two clubs will reach an agreement on a fee for the teenager which reflects his talent and potential.

Spurs Interested in Fernandes

Tottenham are interested in West Ham’s Mateus Fernandes, according to David Ornstein. It is believed that Roberto De Zerbi is a big fan of the Portuguese, who is also on Arsenal, Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain’s radars. Any pursuit of the Irons man would be separate to a potential deal for Sandro Tonali of Newcastle.

Liverpool Make Diomande Decision

Liverpool have indicated that they are willing to pay around €100million to sign Yan Diomande. The Ivorian is the Reds’ priority signing out wide as they look for a replacement for Mohamed Salah. The Athletic reports that the Merseysiders are firmly in the driving seat in the race to land the teenager, although they are considering alternatives if he proves too hard to prise out of Germany.

RB Leipzig Make Barry Approach

The Times reports that RB Leipzig have made an enquiry to Everton about Thierno Barry. The striker signed for the Toffees last summer and scored eight goals in 38 games for the club. It is thought that the Merseysiders would want to get back the £27million they spent to buy him from Villarreal.

Man Utd to Turn Down Rashford Loan

Manchester United do not want to loan Marcus Rashford out again. ESPN claims that the Red Devils are only intent on selling the forward, who spent the season at Barcelona. The Culers do not want to pay their buy option for the winger, which expired on Monday, but they do want to re-sign him on another temporary deal.

Enzo Fernandez is Jose Mourinho’s dream midfield signing for Real Madrid this summer, according to AS. The Chelsea midfielder features prominently on Real’s transfer shortlist in this window, and he has been angling for a move to Spain in recent weeks. Chelsea are believed to want over £120million to let the Argentine leave, while Real also hold interest in Mateus Fernandes.

Sky Italia reports that Napoli want to sign Tottenham goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario, who has also drawn interest from Juventus. Emi Martinez, the Aston Villa shot-stopper, is also on Juve’s radar and is their primary target, although Vicario is on their shortlist too.

Hearts Sign National League Star

Scottish Premiership runners-up Hearts have landed former Tottenham youth prospect Malachi Fagan-Walcott. He impressed at York City in the National League this year, and the defender has signed a four-year contract with the Tynecastle side, becoming their fifth signing of the summer.

Roberto Set for Move

Sergi Roberto is set to leave Como as a free agent. The Spaniard signed for the Italian side back in 2024 and has made 33 appearances for them. The former Barcelona right-back confirmed his departure on social media on Thursday.
